You may also request that we transfer your data that we have stored in a standard file format, to you or to a third party named by you.
You can request the deletion of your personal data at any time, provided that we no longer need the data to process a contract with you. This deletion may also be contrary to statutory storage obligations. In such case, however, you have a right to have us restrict the processing of your data. 12. Use of Analysis Functions Provided by Google, Transfer of Data to the USA

  1. Use of Google Analytics (GA4)
  2. Our website uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4), a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited ("Google"). GA4 is designed with a privacy-friendly approach and does not store IP addresses in their original form. IP addresses are anonymized, and data collection has been adjusted to meet data protection requirements. GA4 uses "cookies" and other technologies to analyze website usage and collect user data to optimize our website. Data from GA4 is typically transmitted to Google servers in the USA, where anonymization also takes place.
Google processes the data as a data processor and generates reports to help us analyze interactions on our website, improve the user experience, and optimize marketing measures. IP anonymization occurs before transmission to ensure compliance with the GDPR. GA4 does not associate IP addresses with other Google data.

  3. Use of Google Ads Conversion Tracking
  4. We use the online advertising program "Google Ads" and, in its context, conversion tracking to measure the effectiveness of our ads. When you click on an ad, a cookie is stored on your device that automatically expires after 30 days and does not contain any personally identifiable information. If the cookie is active and you visit our website, the interaction is measured as a "conversion." This information is used to generate conversion statistics without allowing us to identify you personally. If you do not wish to participate in tracking, you can disable cookie installation in your browser settings. For more information on Google's privacy policy, please visit http://www.google.com/policies/technologies/ads/ and http://www.google.de/policies/privacy/.

  7. Use of Google Webfonts
  8. To enhance the design of our website, we use Google Webfonts. When you access our site, a connection to Google servers is established, which may result in the transfer of your IP address to Google. This data may be stored in the USA, where Google may analyze it.

  9. Remarketing or "Similar Audiences" Function of Google Inc.
  10. Our website uses the "Remarketing" and "Similar Audiences" functions to present interest-based advertisements to you. Small text files (cookies) are used to recognize your browser when visiting websites within the Google Network. This allows us to display ads related to previous visits to our website. Google does not collect personally identifiable information through this function. However, if you do not wish to receive personalized ads, you can disable this in the Google Ads settings at https://www.google.com/settings/ads.

  11. Google Ads Customer Match
  12. We use Google Ads Customer Match to create target audiences for our ad campaigns. Customer Match uses encrypted user information such as email addresses, which are compared with existing Google accounts to create target audiences. The encrypted data is automatically deleted after matching. Google Ireland Limited acts as our data processor, and Google LLC and, if applicable, US authorities may have access to this data.

  13. Use of Server-Side Tagging
  14. We use server-side tagging on our website to optimize the processing of tracking data. In this process, tracking data is not processed directly through your browser but through a server before being forwarded to third-party services such as Google Analytics or similar services. This method allows us to enhance data security and improve control over data transmission.
The collected data includes, among other things, IP addresses and cookie IDs, which are used solely for analytical purposes. Recipients of this data include Google Ireland Limited. Data transfer to the USA cannot be excluded. Processing is based solely on your consent according to Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR, which you can revoke at any time in the cookie settings.

  15. Prevention of Data Collection by Google
  16. You can prevent the storage of cookies by adjusting your browser settings. However, please note that this may limit the full functionality of our website. To disable GA4, you can download a browser add-on or set an opt-out cookie that disables Google Analytics on our site. For more information and the add-on, please visit: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.

If you are logged in to your YouTube account, YouTube allows you to associate your browsing behaviour directly with your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account.
You can find further information on the use of user data in the YouTube privacy policy on: https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy

14. Use of Bing Ads, transfer of data to the USA

We use the online advertising programme "Bing Ads" from Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052-6399, USA. We use a 2-click solution to prevent the unintentional and unwanted collection and transmission of your data to these service providers. This means that the plugin is not activated until you click on it. This opens the capture and transmission of data to Facebook. We do not collect any personal data via the plugin.
Please note: The type and scope of data usage opened via the plugin is determined solely by Facebook. We have no influence on which data an activated plugin collects and how Facebook uses it. Please refer to Facebook's privacy policy for further information.
It is to be assumed that at least your IP address and device-related information is recorded and used. The installation of cookies on your computer is also technically possible. If you are logged into Facebook while using our website on the same computer, Facebook can identify you as a visitor to our website.
